Meet Our Leadership Team

Ryan Dodd - Founder and Managing Director
Ryan founded Critical Fire after more than two decades at the sharp end of emergency response, training, fire protection and emergency management. A qualified Fire Engineer and former firefighter, he sets the technical direction for our specialist divisions and leads a culture of continuous improvement so every project meets the NCC and the applicable Australian Standards. Recognised as a sector leader, Ryan has presented at the FPA Australia Fire Australia Conference and serves on the FPA Australia WA State Committee.

Cassie White - Head of Operations & Client Services

Joining in 2015 after senior roles in the resources and community sectors, she keeps projects on time, on standard and on budget, coordinating people, schedules and reporting across our divisions. Recognised with national industry awards, Cassie is the contract lead for major engagements and the driver of our continuous improvement, making sure clients get clear plans, smooth delivery and records that stand up to scrutiny.

Nat – Pumps & Systems Division Manager

Craig manages our Portables Division, directing the team responsible for servicing and maintaining extinguishers, hose reels, and fire blankets. He keeps his division operating at peak performance, ensuring all portable assets are reliable and compliant.

Jack – Panels Division Manager

Nicole - Administration Manager
Nicole oversees the end-to-end workflow from booking to close-out. She builds service programs around your operations, confirms access and inductions, tracks technician progress and closes the loop with signed reports, photos and practical recommendations. Her focus is simple: on-time attendance, first-time fix, clean documentation and proactive communication.
Our Difference
One Technician, Complete Service
Where practical, a single cross-trained technician completes inspections, testing, servicing, and minor repairs. Less disruption and less time off the tools for your team.
Specialist Divisions, One Team
Pumps and Systems. Portables. Panels and Detection. Each division is led by an experienced manager and coordinated through operations so every job runs on time and to standard.
Compliance You Can Trust
