Cassie leads Critical Fire with a clear focus on delivery, compliance and client care. She joined the business in 2015 after senior executive roles in the resources and community sectors across WA and NSW, including Miners’ Promise, HBF Health, RSPCA WA, Disability Services Australia and the Service Industry Skills Council. With a track record in building high-performing teams, stakeholder trust and sustainable programs, Cassie oversees day-to-day operations, major contracts and continuous improvement across the company.

She has spoken at events including the Pink Ribbon Ball, Relay for Life (opening with the then WA Governor Malcolm McCusker AC CVO KC) and International Women’s Day for Programmed Facility Management.

Cassie serves as Contract Manager for major engagements, coordinating scope, scheduling, resourcing, reporting and client communications to ensure consistent, compliant delivery.
