Ryan founded Critical Fire after more than two decades working across emergency response, training, fire protection and emergency management. He sets the technical direction for our specialist divisions, mentors the team, and makes sure every project aligns with the NCC and the relevant Australian Standards. Ryan is known for turning complex requirements into clear, buildable solutions that perform in the real world.
